S H I P P I N G
We do our very best to get orders to you as quickly as we can. Due to the unique and handmade nature of our items, and the amount of orders we receive, please allow approximately one to two weeks before your order is shipped out. Soft toys will take up to four weeks before they are shipped. Custom orders will require additional time. All orders are packaged with great care and will arrive gift ready.
Your package will be sent from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada to the address as it appears on your order. Please make sure your address details are up to date and complete before you place your order. Unless you arrange for and pay for it in advance of your order, your parcel will not include tracking.
Shipping rates are outlined on each listing. All items will be shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times vary depending on where you are located. Generally speaking, deliveries should arrive as follows:
Canada - 5 to 10 business days
US - 5 to 15 business days
International - 10 to 20 business days
Depending on where you are located, deliveries may also be affected by customs and fees.
A note to our fellow Hamiltonian and surrounding area buyers: we are happy to arrange pick-ups if you wish. Please contact us before your purchase and we can make arrangements. We will refund the shipping costs after your purchase is made.
C A R E
For apparel and bags - Machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water, hang to dry. You can tumble dry on low if you wish, which will give the ink that more worn in, vintage look (which we personally love!). Slight shrinkage may occur, and some fading is normal due to the water based inks that are used in the screen printing process. Just a note, as per American Apparel, this item is not intended to serve as sleepwear.
For Soft Pillows - Machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water, lay flat to dry.
S I Z I N G
We currently print our illustrations by hand onto American Apparel pieces. Our kids sizes run on the even sizes (2T, 4T, etc.). Please see the following size charts for extra details:

We want you to love your purchase, and we want to see you again. So if you find yourself unhappy with your order for any reason whatsoever, please let us know. We would love the opportunity to discuss the situation with you and come to a mutually agreeable outcome.
If you wish to return an item you have ordered, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges on items in their original condition (unworn, unused, and in original packaging) within 5 business days from the date of the item’s arrival. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Your refund will be processed once we have received the returned item and have ensured it’s still in perfect condition.
Although it’s rare, the mail system does have its flaws and parcels could potentially arrive damaged. Should this be the case, please send us a photograph of the parcel and we will take the necessary steps.
